We must clarify, firstly, that the Privacy Policy is consistent with an Adhesion Agreement (a contract in which the clauses are defined only for one of the parties), therefore, dear customers and other users, we suggest a careful reading of the provisions proposed here, as , your privacy is important to us.

We present below some information that will help you to better understand Grass's Privacy Policy, as it is this document that covers the protection of information that concerns your personal life.

  • PERSONAL DATA is information that allows identifying individuals (for example, your name, your identity number, your CPF, your address, your bank details, your location).

  • DATA HOLDER is the “owner” of the data, that is, the person to whom the data refer. You are the owner of your personal and sensitive data.

  • DATA PROCESSING is any action that can be performed with your data. It includes, for example, access, collection, processing, storage and disposal.

  • ANOMIZATION is the technical procedure used to prevent certain data from being related to a certain person. Anonymized information is not considered personal data.

  • COOKIES are files or information that can be stored on your devices (computer or cell phone) when you visit websites or use online services, containing, as a rule, the name of the website that originated it, your visit time to the website and a numbering, which is generated randomly. Grass may collect personally identifiable information such as: FULL NAME, EMAIL, MOBILE NUMBER.

Grass will use this information to process and complete your access to the site. Such data may be stored. In this way, according to art. 7, item VIII of Law 12.965/2014 (Marco Civil da Internet), we can send messages.

2. Use of your personal information

Whenever you access and use our service platform, Grass will automatically receive and store information, including your IP address, cookie information, geolocation data that will relate to the personal information you provide.

Grass will register the user, keeping in its system the specific records of the transactions carried out.

All documents and information related to the Holder's registration will remain securely in Grass' possession.

Grass is a private company and, therefore, reserves the right, at its sole discretion and according to its parameters of registration analysis, to accept or not the Member's membership.

Grass reserves the right to block or cancel the Account due to the existence of indications or an effective illicit act identified, in addition to registration discrepancies.

3. Sharing information with third parties

The Grass website is hosted by the online website creation and development platform: https://pt.wix.com/ which can store user data.

Grass will make your personal information available, without prior notice, only in the event of:
(a) applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request;
(b) comply with investigation of possible violations;
(c) fraud or security; or
(d) protect contract from harm to the rights, property or safety of our company, our users or the public, as required or permitted by law.

4. Age Restriction and Sensitive Data

Grass was designed for older consumers. If you are under 18 years of age, you will not be permitted to submit your personal information to our website.

Sensitive data from our users are not collected, meaning those defined in arts. 11 and following of the Personal Data Protection Act. Thus, there will be no collection of data on racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, affiliation to a union or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, data referring to health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person.

5. Security  and Prevention  

We have physical, electronic and administrative security measures that protect your personal data and information. These protection measures help us to prevent fraud and unauthorized access to information, as well as to maintain data integrity. In compliance with the Minimization Principle, Grass only collects data essential for the performance of its activities.

6. Users' rights

lit The user may request information about what data is stored and for what purpose.

Rectification. The user may request the correction/update of any of their personal data, as it is their responsibility to always keep them updated.

Elimination. The user may request the deletion of their personal data in the following situations: (i) when they are not necessary for the purpose for which they are used, (ii) when they are no longer consenting to the terms set forth herein.

Opposition. Another right of the data subject is the right to object to the treatment carried out, that is, the right to object. This right only exists when the legal basis is not consent, because if it were, the holder would cancel the consent.

Grass does not have automated reviews or a data portability system.

7. Changes to this Statement

In case of modification of these terms, to better serve your customers, we will publish such changes to the privacy policy and we will notify you of this situation. We will also keep previous versions of this Privacy Policy on file for your reference.

8. Data storage term 

The personal data collected by the website is stored and used for a period of time that corresponds to what is necessary to achieve the purposes listed in this document and that considers the rights of its holders, the rights of the website controller and the applicable legal or regulatory provisions.
Once the storage periods for personal data have expired, they are removed from our databases or anonymized, except in cases where there is a possibility or need for storage due to legal or regulatory provisions.

9. Consent and Legitimate Interest

They are consenting access to their personal data for the purpose of registration and contact. Furthermore, Grass, enjoying its legitimate interests, may use the personal data provided to advertise new services, offers, discounts, etc.

10. Data Officer (Data Protection Law)

During the storage period by Grass, there will be an exclusive person responsible for the data, pursuant to art. 41 of the Data Protection Act. This person will be responsible for the data, if there is a need to present them to the competent authority.

12. Notification in the event of an incident

In the event of any personal data leakage incident, Grass undertakes to notify the affected users, as well as the ANPD (National Data Protection Authority) informing that there has been a breach of their data, indicating the adoption of appropriate measures, when necessary.
